This light smoothie, much like Meryl, is versatile, delicious, and a universal crowd pleaser. Also like Meryl, it’s my mom’s favorite. I personally love it for breakfast,(paired with a green tea,) but it makes for a great poolside snack as well. Tastes best when paired with a bowl of watermelon and a tiny umbrella 🙂
The Meryl Streep
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen peaches
1/4 cup filtered water
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup your favorite pure fruit juice (I use Ceres Boisenberry.)
If you happen to have mango on hand, ADD IT. Swoon. Not a necessity but SO GOOD.
Sprinkle finished product with pomegranate seeds or 1 tsp of chia seeds for a little crunch.
